I've never booked entertainment. Where do
I begin?
You're in
the right place. On this Web site, you'll find everything you need to make a
confident, informed booking decision. We provide bios, sound clips,
references, reviews, photos and promotional materials. Anything that you
need is just a mouse click away. In addition, we're happy to answer your
questions and make recommendations via email. Once you've chosen your
entertainment, we'll negotiate the best price and issue the contracts.
You’ll sign and return the contracts along with a deposit to hold the date.
Once the artist has returned the contracts, we'll mail you a completed copy
to finalize the booking process.
Why should I book through Larry Weaver Entertainment?
We're real people with easy to find
contact information. We've personally seen our acts perform and can
recommend the right act for your group. And we won't bombard you with phone
calls or unsolicited emails. Read more about us.
Will I need to provide sound/staging/lighting?
Many of our acts can provide their own sound system and lighting for most
small-to-medium sized venues. In this case, we will provide pricing quotes
for you which include all necessary production. For events that require a
more elaborate setup, we can recommend many excellent production companies.
How long do comedy shows usually last?
Typically performances at a comedy club last 90 minutes and include
three comedians: an emcee (15 minutes), a feature act (30 minutes), and a
headliner (45 minutes). Most corporate event comedy shows consist of a
single headliner performing one 45-60 minute set.
What regions do your artists cover?
Most of our
comedians and speakers perform across the United States and Canada. A few focus
exclusively on their home region. No matter where your event will take
place, please contact us to discuss your needs. We'll find the right
performer for your event or refer you to another reputable agency in your
area.
How much do your acts cost?
Entertainment prices
depend on a number of factors such as the date of the event, location,
travel, and production requirements. Please read our

What if I'm looking for an act that isn't listed on this site?
We work with many great acts that aren't yet listed on our site. Let us know
who you're looking for and we'll find them for you.

If
you're experiencing difficulties with the audio or video clips, you may need

How can I get my act listed on this site?
One of
the cornerstones of our philosophy is to only work with acts we have seen
perform live and have personally met. If you would
