Kristy Lee Cook pulled our heart strings on American Idol with her story of plucky log-cabin dwelling small town horse trainer who sells her horse to travel to the audition. Aww... And the judges seemed so sincere when they "discovered" this amazing new talent. I mean, what's not to love?
Everyone knows the game is rigged, right? We don't care if some of the people are actors, or if the plucky small town girl was signed to Britney Spear's management team, do we?

And how doe's she get booted before Jason Castro. As far as the man in the video with Kristy, no comment. I would only suggest this was probably a very low budget video and she no doubt will have many better one's in the future.

I just want to start off by saying that the show is not rigged. If you have been watching the show it is the viewers that vote for who stays and go's. The ones on here that have nothing but bad things to say about her and the video should take a look at themselves. At least she made it as far as she did and is taking a chance. There are alot of people out there that dont have the guts.. Just like some of the ones on here. She will be a big star with in the next year and where will some of you be. Kristy is a GOOD LOOKING girl with a great country voice and I am sure she has a big future ahead of her. The video although low budget was still ok, the song,is not the best all around country soung but it was worth listening to, Kristy has a great voice and it will show in future songs.

Those of you defending AI and saying that it's the viewers who choose who goes and who stays...how do you know that? Why couldn't that be part of the scam? Kristy Lee Cook was in the bottom three for like 5 weeks in a row and had more lives than a freaking cat - who is to say that she wasn't helped along by the producers, because if you've been paying attention she was obviously not an amateur singer and the producers had to have known that.
